Portrait of a Lady on Fire (Portrait de la jeune fille en feu)
Brittany, 1970. Painter Marianne comes to the manor on the shore to paint a portrait of the owner's daughter, Héloïse. The portrait will be send to Héloïse's fiancé, who lives in Milan. The girl refuses to pose, protesting against this marriage, so her mother introduces Marianne as a companion for walks. Two girls spend a lot of time together, and soon they feel mutual attraction.
